Privacy
We process only the information needed for accounts, payment, pack downloads and essential communication, including your Google name, email and profile photo, Stripe payment status, your textbook-publisher preference, and download records. The publisher choice only improves learning recommendations; it is not marketing consent, and we do not ask for a child’s name, school or class. Stripe handles card details; NoterioHub does not store your full card number. Marketing email is optional and can be switched off in your account at any time.
Licence
One household or one private tutor may print for their own children or pupils. Resale, public uploads and sharing the original PDF are not permitted; schools and centres require separate permission.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. A PDF you have already downloaded is yours to keep and use; downloading an edition you already own needs an active plan but costs no further credits, and corrections are free — only a new edition costs credits again. Unused credits and partial years are not refundable. Statutory rights and billing-error cases remain unaffected.
