▸How do credits work?
Packs are priced by level: P1–P2 cost 1 credit, P3–P4 cost 2, and P5–P6 cost 3. Credits arrive after successful payment and reset—not roll over—after the next successful renewal.
▸Do I lose packs after cancelling?
A PDF you have already downloaded is yours and cancelling does not touch it. While it is still the current edition, re-downloading needs an active plan but costs no further credits; once a newer edition ships, the earlier one is no longer available here and the new one costs credits.
▸What happens if renewal fails?
No new credits are granted and downloads pause meanwhile. PDFs you already have are unaffected.
▸Can I pay with PayMe or FPS?
Launch uses recurring card payment through Stripe only—no PayMe, FPS, AlipayHK or bank transfer.
▸Are the packs updated?
They are kept up to date. When a mistake is found it is corrected straight away, so you always download the latest corrected version, and re-downloading a pack you own costs no credits. Each school year we review every grammar pack and release a new edition; a new edition is a new download that uses credits, and PDFs you have already downloaded stay yours.
